Hi @Krishna Venkataraman , can you provide more details whats wrong with RAM specs here? here is official information https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/sizes/high-performance-compute/hbv4-series?tabs=sizebasic and these instances have 768 RAM based on information from Microsoft.
